Right at this moment, your body is in the process of regenerating itself. Cells die and replace themselves so frequently, you will have completely new skin in only 27 days. All cells in the body are replaced within 7-10 years. DNA guides the growth of the cell to become part of your new heart tissue, your eyes, or your hair. New cells have the same DNA, and the potential to become any type of cell in the body. What then, is guiding the DNA to tell the cells what they should become?

“Science hasn’t yet been able to explain how DNA commands the cells of a child to grow only to a certain point and no further. How you would make sense of, for example, the fact that the DNA in your ear and the DNA in your big toe, are identical. There’s nothing in that DNA that differentiates the DNA in your ear from the DNA in your toe. So what is it that is informing DNA to become an ear, or become a toe, or a specific organ? There’s something outside of mainstream genetic science that has to be explained.”

- Eric W. Thompson

Research suggests that there may be a holographic nature to biology. A hologram is defined as being a three-dimensional image formed by the interference of light beams from a laser or other coherent light source. Mystic traditions include the existence of a human “light body” within their teachings. Now, the existence of this subtle body is not only becoming verified, but it may answer the question as to what intelligent force instructs our DNA to build our bodies properly.

“When mainstream science refers to the design of things, it tends to talk about genes and gene activation proteins. As British biologist Rupert Sheldrake has pointed out, on a certain level, that’s kind of like explaining the building of a house by saying that 2x4’s and bricks are delivered to a building site. It only speaks about the materials, it doesn’t really explain how those materials were combined to create a unique architectural design. If there’s information that’s informing life to be as it is and to evolve as it is, that implies the presence of consciousness that is somehow giving expression to that design.”

In another article, we examined the research that suggests there’s more to our DNA than we previously imagined. These studies concluded that our DNA acts as an antenna to read and transduce subtle energetic resonance from a larger, collective morphic field related to the human body. These studies also suggest that our emotional states and intentions are powerful enough to alter DNA expressions. Heart-felt intentions, for example, influence our physical health, for better or for worse. Living a life of love and radical acceptance may actually lead to healthier genetic expression:

“Specific thoughts and intentions are generated by the brain/mind and are used to frequency modulate the coherent bio-fields from the heart. When one is in a state of love the coherence is enhanced and the biofields become stronger. This allows for a resonance between the coherent fields of the heart and the coherent fields around the DNA molecule. This process is further enhanced by the presence of subtle or spiritual energies which resonate with the body due to the toroidal nature of the coherent bio-fields.“

Claude Swanson, Ph.D. has theorized that biophotons, which are produced by healthy human DNA, act as informative units of coherent light within the human body. Current scientific research on this biophotonic field seems to indicate that it produces and represents a kind of holographic map of the human body, within the human energy field, in such a way as to support instantaneous, holistic communication among the trillions of individual cells that make up the human form. Dr. Swanson theorizes that this laser-like coherent light, generated by DNA, produces positive interference with other biphotons. In his theory, these waves tend to synch up, and become even more powerful and create an interference pattern – aka – a holographic template of the body.

In some cases, a small amount of biophotons have been photographed outside the body as well. However, this is not necessarily a good thing. Biophoton leakage may indicate ill health, and a lack of coherence within the biofield of the body. A high concentration of coherent biophotons building our inner hologram may literally give a person a “healthy glow” while a lack of them may cause the “lackluster” appearance associated with illness.

Biophotons have been found to respond to signals received through subtle energetic resonance, and therefore factor in to the process of subtle energetic healing. Dr. Swanson also believes that the holographic torsion field produced by the inter-actions of biophotons is what is seen as the aura surrounding the body. As research continues, it seems possible that reality itself is either a kind of hologram or related to holograms in some way.
